Terms and conditions

These terms cover your use of the Neatlyy website and the steam ironing service we provide in Bengaluru. By booking a pickup you agree to them.

The service

Neatlyy collects garments from your address, steam presses them, and returns them to the same address. We offer two turnaround promises. Express returns your garments within four hours of pickup. Standard returns them within twenty four hours of pickup. Both are counted from the moment our rider collects the garments, not from the moment you book.

Booking and pickup

• You must give a correct address, a working phone number and a pickup slot inside our service areas.
• Someone must be available at the address during the slot you chose.
• If nobody is available, our rider will wait for a short time and then mark the pickup as failed. You can rebook at no charge.
• We count the pieces at pickup and again at our facility. If the two counts differ, the count taken at our facility is the one we bill and the one we tell you about.

What we do not accept

We do not accept garments that are wet, soiled with anything hazardous, or made from a material that cannot take heat. Leather, fur and heavily embellished pieces are accepted only after we inspect them and agree in writing.

Care and liability

We take care of every garment. If we damage a garment through our own fault, we will pay you the depreciated value of that garment up to ten times the ironing charge paid for that piece, and no more. Tell us within twenty four hours of delivery, with the garment available for inspection.

We are not responsible for damage caused by a defect already present in the garment, by a missing or incorrect care label, or by colours that run.

Items left in pockets

Empty your pockets before handover. We are not responsible for money, jewellery or any other item left in a garment.

Uncollected garments

If we cannot deliver a garment after three attempts and you do not respond for thirty days, we may dispose of it. We will tell you before we do.

Payment

Prices are shown before you confirm a booking. Prices can change, but the price shown at the moment you confirm is the price you pay for that order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies to orders placed after it was published.
