This policy explains what personal information Neatlyy collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• The pickup and delivery address you give us, including landmarks.
• Your order history: what you sent, when, and what you paid.
• Payment status. We do not store your card or UPI details. Our payment provider handles those.

Why we collect it

We use it to run the service you asked for: to collect your garments, to press them, to deliver them back, to take payment, and to answer you when you contact us.

Who sees it

• Our own staff, limited to what their job needs. A rider sees only the orders assigned to them.
• Our payment provider, when you pay online.
• Nobody else. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and tax. You can ask us to delete your account information at any time, and we will, except for records the law requires us to keep.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the email address in the footer and we will reply within thirty days.

Cookies

This website uses a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to remember an order in progress. We do not use advertising trackers.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so on this page.
